Administrative & HR Coordinator 

Florencia is originally from Argentina, where she began her professional career in education with several years of tutoring and administrative roles at a high school. She later joined a community-based alternative school in a small mountain town, where she became highly involved in supporting the project’s growth and organization. These experiences sparked her interest in creating safe, supportive environments where people can grow, express themselves, and discover their strengths. She further developed her ability to build strong organizational, financial, and legal foundations by coordinating meetings and initiatives and maintaining the overall structure of her workplace.

Florencia also has over ten years of experience practicing and teaching yoga and acrobatics, as well as a solid track record of providing excellent customer service. During this time, she developed a person-centered approach that strengthened her skills in interpersonal communication, organization, and adaptability.

Florencia brings empathy, compassion, precise attention to detail, and structured communication to the Corales team. She is deeply committed to making sure those around her are heard and supported. Her presence helps others feel safe, appreciated, respected, and connected to their overall well-being. 

Outside of work, Florencia enjoys spending time with her dogs, gardening, practicing acroyoga, and exploring a variety of hands-on creative projects. A fun fact about her is that she has also performed as a flying trapeze acrobat.
