Adaptive Skills Coach

Jose brings an integrated background that combines nearly two decades of experience across software and audio engineering, career and technical education, and coaching to support personal growth, strengthen relationships, and work with neurodivergent individuals. Using a systems-architect mindset, he helps learners break down complex systems by drawing on his ability to “find the signal in the noise.” His early work in sound and music production shaped a deep sense of precision and attunement, qualities that later informed his development of embodied empathy and a client-centered approach. He went on to integrate these skills into his work in yoga instruction, Internal Family Systems, and trauma-informed practices, with a strong awareness of the mind, body, and nervous system in his work with clients.

Jose brings a combination of versatility, creativity, and compassion to the Corales team. His knowledge of music and software development allows him to analyze complex situations, while his background in yoga and meditation helps him remain resilient while adapting to evolving and high-pressure environments. His awareness of his surroundings and attunement to his own emotions and those of others are reflected in his skills as a listener and coach in the workplace.

In his free time, Jose enjoys staying connected to many aspects of nature through running, hiking, biking, swimming in the ocean, and gardening. He finds peace in creative outlets such as playing music, writing, and coding personal projects. You might also find him getting lost in a good book, cooking new recipes, or creating a warm, welcoming space for himself and others. A fun fact about Jose: as a child, he once caught a wild rabbit on foot while out for a run.
